We have developed a bespoke secure online case management portal - you can register online now. Once registered, you will be directed to the operational pages.  Here you can register your case, and request an investigation or a private clinical appointment.

We encourage the uploading of electronic notes. However, if you would like to post them, please check with the office staff as to where they should be sent – either directly to the Expert or to our office.
